To help you on you way to reaching your goals, our studio has been deisgned to be flexible to accomodate all types of training and equipment

A bespoke equipment rig allows us to change the functionality of this room easily and effectively.  From punch bags, to aerial yoga, TRX, to ballet barre, enjoy all of your favourite studio workout classes.

To ensure the focus is always on you, we have limited our classes to a maximum of 8 people.
