Multi Zone Setup

Specific zones have been dedicated to varied levels of intensity, to ensure you never feel intimidated whilst working out. 

Choose your favourite training zone; Performance Cardio, Resistance, Group Cycling, Pilates, Altitude Training, Mulit-Function.

Zone One

Performance Cardio

Enjoy the privacy of our pilates studio with a personal coach, equipped with the latest reformers, cadillac and towers.

Our coaches are trained in the STOTT PILATES method, a proven and accepted practice in biomechanics, rehabilitation and athletic performance enhancement.

For the ulimate in group cycling, choose from a variety of classes and intensity. 

Our favourites; cycling at altitude or club mode with strobe lighting and video wall, either way you are guranteed a fun, high intensity cardiovascular workout. 

Each Technogym bike records your indivudal workout to your personal account for increased motivation.  Race against your fellow cyclists and push yourself to be the best in class!
